IN ITALIAN FOOD CULTURE THE MEAL IS STARTED BY ANTIPASTO, WHICHS PURPOSE IS TO AWAKEN THE APPETITE. AFTER ANTIPASTO USUALLY FOLLOWS PRIMI PIATTO, WHICH IS SO CALLED LIGHT MAIN COURSE. AFTER PRIMI PIATTO COMES SECONDO PIATTO, WHICH IS THE ACTUAL MAIN COURSE SINCE IT’S TYPICALLY MORE HEAVY AND HAS MORE MEATS THAN PRIMI PIATTO. AFTER THIS IS TIME FOR DOLCI, WHICH MEANS DESSERT.

Parmigiana di melanzane

Italian eggplant casserole, in which sliced eggplant is layered with mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce.

Bruschetta con Guanciale e Carciofi grigliati

Roasted house’s bread topped with garlic oil, artichoke, crunchy Guanciale, green olives, balsamic, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil.

Pizza Pugliese

Täytteinä tomaattikastike San Marzano -tomaateista, mozzarella fiordilatte di Agerolaa, punasipulia ja pecorino juustoa.

Risotto Porcini con crema di Tartufo

Kermaista herkkutattirisottoa tryffelikastikkeen ja parmesaanijuuston kera.

Rigatoni Gamberi e limone

Itse tehtyä Rigatoni pastaa katkarapujen, tuoreen sitruunan mehun, persiljan, valkosipulin ja extra neitsytoliiviöljyn kera.

Maritozzo

Roomalainen kermapulla pistaasipähkinöiden kera.

Risotto con crema di Zucca e Porcini

Risotto with pumpkin sauce garnished with fresh rosemary and garlic and with mushrooms and parmesan cheese.

Tonnarelli al Sud

Own made tonnarelli pasta with nduja tomato sauce, tuna, extra virgin olive oil and croutons.

Merluzzo fritto

Fried cod with house’s garlic lime mayonnaise and roasted potatoes.

Saltimbocca alla romana

In white wine marinated porkloin covered with San Daniele ham and spiced with sage. Served with roasted potatoes.

Vellutata di Zucca con crostini

Creamy pumpkin soup spiced with garlic. Served with croutons.
